With a background in industrial organizational psychology, Harris has taken human behavior, through the Human Centered Design methodology combined with AI-powered Technology capabilities in the Defense, Federal and Intelligence sectors, which established ODRG as a leader in digital transformation, adoption, and change. The company combines proven capabilities to ensure that new geospatial solutions are not only effective but also widely adopted. ODRG’s robust technical resources empower federal Geospatial customers to embrace Geospatial AI Adoption and develop AI-Powered GeoINT Platforms.

Her mentorship efforts, particularly through THE BOW COLLECTIVE™, showcase her passion for empowering black women-owned businesses, for which she is a two-time recipient of the “BOW Knows Growth” award and her passionate advocacy for cancer awareness, has led to actively supporting the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society in its mission to eradicate blood cancers.

Growing up as the eldest of six in a low-income New York Community, she understood the significance of dreaming big; planning and executing. Harris’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2013 when she bravely left a secure corporate position at Accenture Federal Services to pursue her vision. Bootstrapping ODRG, she was fueled by her faith and belief that hard work and determination could lead to success. 

As ODRG celebrates over a decade, Harris is poised for future growth. Her innovative approach ensures that ODRG not only meets the evolving needs of its government customers but also leads in cutting-edge technology solutions in niche markets.
