Kayin Barclay is the Vice President of Small Business at Advantage Capital, where he leads capital investment consulting, equity capital investment services, and the management of capital investment funds for small businesses and entrepreneurs. In his role, Kayin focuses on accelerating revenue growth, facilitating mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and driving overall business growth for small business owners. His deep expertise in financial strategy and capital investment enables him to provide tailored solutions that help businesses scale and thrive.

With a strong background in investment banking, Kayin has previously worked with leading firms such as Barclays and McKinsey & Company, where he provided in-depth financial analysis across multiple sectors, including federal government initiatives. This experience has equipped him with a unique perspective on driving business expansion and value creation.

Kayin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, which further enhances his strategic and financial acumen. He also earned his BA in Economics from Morehouse College.
