Patricia "Patti" Jukanovich

Chief Operating Officer | Vice President, Contracts

Patti is the Chief Operating Officer for ODRG and our Vice President of Contracts, overseeing key aspects of the company’s business to include operations, contracts and subcontracts. She has over 20 years of executive contracting experience supporting the federal government. Prior to joining ODRG, Patti served as the Senior Director of Contracts for InTec, LLC, where she was responsible for overseeing their contracts and subcontracts portfolio until and through the sale of the business in 2022.

Prior to InTec, Patti was the Senior Director of Contracts for the Global Information Technology Solutions (GITS) business area within the Intelligence & Security Sector of BAE Systems Inc. She was responsible for overseeing all contractual aspects of the GITS business, valued at more than $500M in annual sales and responsible for team of 20 contracts professionals. Patti went to BAE Systems in 2011 from the SI Organization, Inc., a former Lockheed Martin business, where she served as a Senior Manager of Contracts for a $400M portfolio for various intelligence community customers. Prior to that, she served in a variety of contract leadership positions at Lockheed Martin.

Patti began her career with the United States Air Force where she served in multiple positions as a commissioned officer and warranted contracting officer at Wright Patterson AFB and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). Patti graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Hawaii.

She currently lives in Lewiston, MI, with her husband Mitch and has two daughters and a son.
