Shannon Helberg is a seasoned national security and intelligence leader with nearly three decades of experience across the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. A retired U.S. Army Colonel, she spent over 27 years in active service, including extensive time supporting USSOCOM and interagency operations, where she led complex intelligence and operational efforts in support of global missions.

Following military service, Shannon transitioned to the private sector and currently serves as Director, Emerging Markets and Intelligence Strategy at Prescient Edge, where she focuses on advancing intelligence capabilities and delivering mission-driven solutions to defense and national security customers. Her experience spans operational intelligence, joint targeting, and the integration of technology and analytics to enable decision advantage in contested environments.
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University. She brings a unique blend of operational insight and strategic perspective to the board, with a focus on bridging mission needs and scalable solutions.
