January 1, 2018, Arlington, VA—Organizational Development Resource Group, LLC (ODRG) partners with Department of Commerce National Security Arm to provide data analysis support services. ODRG assists in coding, issuing export licenses to approved issuers for the export of controlled commodities, software, and technologies. Collaborative efforts across executive cabinets and federal agencies including Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Department of Energy, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration help to mitigate the risk of our foreign military weapons, software and technology being accessible to potential terrorist or/and used for mass destruction.

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) is focused on advancing U.S. national security, foreign policy, and economic objectives by ensuring an effective export control and treaty compliance system and promoting continued U.S. strategic technology leadership. ODRG assists with coding and issuing licenses for the export of controlled commodities, software, and technologies. We assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures for assigned coding areas of responsibilities.

ODRG executes 40 coding and license application reviews per day exceeding the requirement metrics. Our efforts have streamlined the process to issuing licenses which significantly minimized the backlog of licenses issued achieving one of the organization’s goals.
